Bio
Susan-Kate Heaney is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She has performed all over Manhattan, at theaters such as Bank Street, the Neighborhood Playhouse and Rattlestick. Most recently, she performed her solo show MOP-OHOLIC at UCB and the PIT, an autobiographical comedy about Susan-Kate and her best friends - her mop collection. Susan-Kate works frequently on-camera, including commercially, in film, and on television, most recently as Jessica in the television show Mercy (NBC) and the abused nanny opposite Tilda Swinton in upcoming feature We Need To Talk About Kevin. Susan-Kate also records audiobooks and studies improv. She is a co-writer and lead actor in "The Reality Whores", a wacky comedic web-series (www.therealitywhores.com).

- You can call her Sue-Kate or SK or Skizzle, but you have to represent both the Susan and the Kate... she is named after both of her grandmothers.
- She really does own over 30 mops, each with a different name and personality.
- Susan-Kate owns three glue guns and two packages of googly eyes.
- She is obsessed with vintage anything, especially time periods (hello 20s, 40s and 60s!).
- Her lucky number is 39.
- She loves Dublin (the city AND her sweet red Boston terrier).
- SK loves the smell of old books.
- She loves the water - lakes, oceans, streams, you name it!
- She has been known to entertain her friends with (bad) Opera singing of various Christmas Carols.
- Her high school yearbook quote included the phrase: "Happiness always!"... she stands by this quote today.
